Located in the Jersey City Historical District, this project offered some exciting obstacles to work around. The family wanted space for their children to play and garden, storage for their toys, privacy from a neighboring warehouse, along with an escape from the sun. This project came to life by creating a custom knotty cedar pergola using Toja Grid brackets, a cedar storage bench, artificial grass, techo-bloc pavers, horizontal cedar fence, privacy screening using Hornbeam trees, and a fiberglass fountain from Restoration Hardware.
